Payment Terms
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance becomes due 30 days prior to the charter commencing. All charter fees must be paid in full together with the agreed cash APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) prior to embarkation.
In the event of cancellation, half the deposit will be refunded if 60 days notice is given prior to charter commencement date. If the charter is cancelled within 30 days of boarding, no refund will be applicable. The Client is advised to have their own travel insurance to cover such a contingency.
